Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Processing time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a working day are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, or on a non-working day, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, parcels usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days depending on the emirate and the courier's schedule. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping charges
- Orders over AED 200: free delivery
- Orders under AED 200: flat AED 20 anywhere in the UAE
Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available everywhere we ship. Please have the exact amount ready. You may open and inspect the parcel before paying. If the item is damaged or clearly not what you ordered, you may refuse the parcel and contact us.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to begin updating after dispatch.
Delivery attempts and address accuracy
Couriers normally call or message before delivering. If nobody is available, a second attempt is made. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout - orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number may incur a redelivery charge.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or public holidays. If your parcel has not moved for three working days, email us with your order number and we will chase it for you.
