We ship to all seven emirates. Orders placed before 6 PM are dispatched the same working day and usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery is free on orders over AED 200. Below that a flat AED 20 applies. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere we ship - inspect the parcel, then pay the courier.

Returns & refunds

You have 7 days from delivery to return an item. It should be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Message us with your order number and we will arrange the pickup. Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 working days of the item reaching us. Faulty or incorrect items are collected at our cost.

How long does delivery take?

Is there a warranty?

Electronic and appliance items carry a 3-month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Normal wear, water damage and accidental damage are not covered.
